Consideration of fractionation or field size prior to radiation therapy in patients with breast cancer and psoriasis: a case report

We present three cases of patients with breast cancer and psoriasis who received radiotherapy following breast-conserving surgery. One patient developed an extensive flare-up during chemotherapy. After discontinuing chemotherapy, she conventional to the ipsilateral whole breast, axillary, supraclavicular lymph nodes 50.4 Gy in 28 fractions boosted 10 five tumor bed. Two hypofractionated whole-breast at a total dose 40.05–42.4 15–16 fractions. In all cases, there was no psoriatic events least 6 months after completion radiotherapy. hypothesized that is close relationship between extent trauma rather than daily fraction. Therefore, we confirmed effect on minimal if radiation field size does not exceed breast.
